Tiny Noah

i had trouble sleeping so i stayed up and drew my new kiddo for fun i love him so much ;_;
i also decided to name him noah! he lives in a really thick, temperate foresty area off the map
whenever it's raining he likes to wander around, which is very often! he enjoys the sounds the most
and it's also the ideal weather for his little cloud to fly around too..

every now and then he wanders into town to say hello to evangeline and see how shes doing
and to say hi to his brother, but thats really rarely...
